PP/HDPE Monofilament Machine
Monofilament extrusion lines produces monofilaments which can be used for a variety of applications. MFP series raw materials are appropriate for PP (Polypropylene) / HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) raw materials. PA (Nylon) / PET (Polyester) raw materials are suitable for MFP series raw materials.
The plastic raw materials enter the extruder through the hopper and travel through three sections (feed, compression, and metering) of a single-screw operated by the motor and gear reducer. The band heaters keep the barrel warm outside. The raw material is converted into plastic melt and then extruded from the monofilament die by a screen changer or gear pump.
Monofilament yarns are produced using Heaven Extrusion's monofilament extrusion equipment. PP, HDPE/LLDPE/Co-polymer, polyester, nylon 6, nylon 66, and other polymers such as PP, HDPE/LLDPE/Co-polymer, polyester, nylon 6, nylon 66, and others are used depending on the application.
