Raffia Tape Stretching Line
The production process begins with the extrusion of premium-quality PP or HDPE granules into flat raffia tapes using a precision-engineered T-Die extrusion system. The extruded tapes then pass through controlled hot-air stretching and annealing processes, which improve molecular orientation to achieve excellent tensile strength, uniform tape width, consistent thickness, and superior mechanical properties required for high-quality woven fabric production.
Automatic Tape Winding System
The stretched tapes are wound automatically onto bobbins using advanced winding systems equipped with magnetic or inverter-controlled tension mechanisms. This ensures accurate bobbin formation, stable winding tension, and smooth tape unwinding during the weaving process, reducing production interruptions and maintaining consistent fabric quality.
High-Speed Circular Weaving Looms
The wound tapes are processed through high-speed circular weaving looms to manufacture tubular or flat woven fabrics suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The weaving system enables precise control of weave density, fabric GSM, and dimensional stability, producing fabrics with excellent strength, uniform construction, and reliable performance.
Extrusion Coating & Lamination Line
For applications requiring moisture resistance and enhanced surface protection, the woven fabrics can be processed through an Extrusion Coating & Lamination Line. Using LDPE extrusion coating technology, the system produces coated or laminated woven fabrics suitable for packaging applications including cement, fertilizer, food products, chemicals, and other industrial materials requiring improved barrier properties.
Bag Conversion & Finishing Line
The final stage of production includes complete bag conversion and finishing operations. The system performs accurate cutting, bottom folding, stitching, printing alignment, and automatic stacking to manufacture finished woven sacks with precise dimensions, strong seam quality, and a professional appearance suitable for commercial and industrial packaging requirements.
